Many people have experienced that stress can quickly lead to anger outbursts.

Often stress increases:

  • when we are short on sleep
  • been eating lousy

  • family meddling in our affairs

If we incorporate laughter into our day and keep a sense of humor things usually go better. Studies have shown that laughter reduces stress.

Extended laughter of more than 10 minutes produces serotonin and dopamine that relaxes us.

So make it a point to laugh more!
